What does a listing cost?
- Currently all listings are FREE.
Platinum listings are available by special request!
(See the Contact Us section. Use the "All other questions" category
Platinum listings:
- Were $ 99 for 30 days, now free!
- Were $249 for 90 days, now free!
- Were $995 for one year, now free!
Platinum listings allow interchangeable aircraft, but non-
concurrent. You may only have one aircraft per listing per
Platinum listing on the site at any one time.

How do I cancel or delete a listing?
- You can delete any level listing from the Members area. Look for
DELETE AN AIRCRAFT LISTING under MY AIRCRAFT.
Note: Password and User ID (email
address) are required for access to this secured
area.

If I cancel my ad before it expires will I get a refund?
Sorry, there are no refunds for paid listings once a
submission has been cleared.

If I sell my aircraft before my ad expires, may I list another?
Yes, you may list as many aircraft as you want to sell within the time frame of your ad listing, but only one aircraft at a time will appear on the website for the price of this single listing.

How long does a listing stay active?
Our listings normally expire after 120 days, but can be renewed indefinitely. We suggest that you renew your
listing no later than 48 hours before expiration to
avoid re-entering your data. PLATINUM listings are active for
as long as you have paid for them.

Can I get a warning about the expiration of my listing?
Yes, automatic expiration warnings will be sent by email at 7 days and 1 day (24 hours) before the expiration.
Note: If your listing expires, you will need to re-enter
ALL data about the aircraft.

Do I need to be a member to browse or search the listings?
Not at all. Browsing and searching are free.

How do I upgrade my listing?
- Click on MEMBERS LOGIN or in the nav bar
at left.

What are the differences in the listings?
- Gold:
- Free!
- Line listing of aircraft with basic contact
information
- Enhanced listing with detailed specs.
- Photograph (optional) displayed with
listing.
- Platinum:
- Enhanced listing with detailed specs
- Multiple photographs (up to 3)
- Premium placement in search listings.
- Front page ad cycles with other Premium
ads for maximum exposure.
- Currently, Platinum listings are free

My business would like to advertise with you - what do I do?
- First click on this Advertise with Us link or on the link at top of this page at the left side of your screen. This page will have technical descriptions and ad sizes best for our site - and for your audience with a motivated and highly targeted customer.
You then need to Contact Us for ad submission and payment arrangements.

If your specs for my ad change (advertising my services and products, not helicopters), will my ad continue to run if it does not happen to be compliant?
- Yes, once an ad or listing space is paid for and placed, it will run for the duration initially contracted. Should our
specifications change, we will notify you, allowing you to bring the ad into compliance and renew without delay.

My aircraft is not on any drop down list...what can I do?
- We have tried to be very thorough with all known helicopter models. Some models may be listed under new manufacturers (Aerospatiale models, for example, are listed under Eurocopter.) If you still cannot find your aircraft, please go to the Contact Us page and click on the link to send info about a non-listed aircraft. We will do our best to make certain that it is included in the next update of the site (and updates happen frequently, especially for this type of information.)
